Baroda, Michigan, and will be shipped by United Postal Service, priority mail. All orders for trees and plants must be accompanied by an additional amount for shipping charges as follows: Orders up to $40.00.................Minimum charge of $15.00 Orders in excess of $40.00.......21% of the total amount Minimum order - $15.00. Residents of Michigan add 6% for sales tax. Come visit us and pick up your order at our nursery and save on shipping costs only 10% of the total for packaging and handling fees. Our shipping season is from late October providing the trees are dormant (leaves off) in October through the last week of May. Your shipment will be sent at the proper planting time for your area. We will only ship when the tree can be safely planted in your region. REPLACEMENT POLICY: If a tree dies, we should be notified by mail before June 20. No replacement after this date. We will replace a tree for nine dollars, or a Bush for five dollars with an additional packaging, shipping and handling charge of $10. No shipping charges for replacements when included with another order. When requesting replacements include photos of dead plant with letter sent. Do not send photos via the Internet. Also include a note explaining why you believe your tree has died. Please keep in mind every tree and bush that leave South Meadow has been personally inspected by the owner to ensure the most optimum viability for you. And that a tree doesn�t just die. It gets killed, usually by improper planting, and mostly by lack of water during the first year of its planting. NOTE ON BEARING AGE TREES: We prune before shipping for proper growth of these older trees. The number of bearing age trees is limited. If the size of your choice is not available, a younger size tree of the same variety will be shipped. A refund of the difference will be mailed to you. To avoid disappointment, if we are out of a variety you order, it is desirable to send us a list of alternatives that are acceptable to you.
